Here are three ways to book referrals:
Senior Rep referrals must attend a high school in Sonoma County, California. While they don’t need to attend the same high school as the Senior Rep, they do need to be willing and able to have fun in front of a camera.
Instagrammable photos and hard cash aren’t the only reasons why you should apply to become a Senior Rep. You may not feel this way now, but at some point in your life you’ll want to relive those four years. Fun photos of you recreating memories in the football stadium stands, hanging out with your best friends, etc., will bring a smile to your face whenever you look back at them. And honestly, it’s a big achievement that you should celebrate. High school experiences vary, but this truth remains: You put in the time and effort to earn that diploma. Homework, exams, tryouts and auditions, not to mention navigating an ongoing pandemic. You put in the work and now it’s time to be the central figure of your own photo shoot.
Senior Reps receive five, edited images from multiple photo shoots throughout their entire senior year of high school. In total, the value of images and services that each Senior Rep receives equals $1,200. These professionally taken images help seniors build their sense of self, professional portfolio and digital presence. I’ve seen seniors use these images in printed and digital graduation announcements, for personal social media content and as professional headshots for sites such as LinkedIn. At the end of the program, Senior Reps enjoy seeing how their confidence has grown and how their identity has evolved over the course of the year.
Last but not least, you want to be a Senior Rep for Alicia Parks Photography for the experience. Over the course of a year, you will be invited to themed group photo shoots at the best spots in Sonoma County. The possibilities for themes and locations are infinite. Some photo shoot themes from the past few years include a masquerade at a castle, best friends with a vintage red chevy truck in an open field, Calvin Klein white shirts with denim jeans and even a playful paint theme where everyone wore clothes splattered in paint. If you have a theme in mind, please let me know! I love collaborating with my Senior Reps to decide the theme and location for their photo shoots.
Alicia Parks Photography can go anywhere in Sonoma County. She can even travel down to San Francisco for location-based photo shoots. Senior Rep photos can be taken anywhere. On the beach, in vineyards, across old country roads and railroad tracks, beside graffiti walls, etc. Locations are selected based on the Senior Rep’s style and story.
The best part? Senior Rep photo shoots are a group activity! Don’t worry. You will not be alone and it will not be awkward. This is a fun-filled group experience that you’ll walk away from with fresh photos and forever friends.
